We aim to develop knowledge, intellectual properties, products and services based on new technologies for the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with neurological and psychiatric dysfunctions.

The characteristics of our laboratory are:

  • Developing technologies for early detection of cognitive and sensory problem in disadvantageous populations like children and/or aging people with cognitive disabilities and strategies of intervention.

  • Improving methods of treatment and rehabilitation in neurological and psychiatric disorders applying forms of neuromodulators, stimulators, robotics, neurofeedback and brain-machine interfaces.

  • Promoting the high tech industrialization in China and Cuba.

  • The development of wearable devices
